Danielle has been a beauty therapist and reflexologist for 7 years.

She retrained while pregnant with her first child after a 10-year career in sales. Following the birth of her second child, who was diagnosed with a heart defect, she began exploring holistic health practices - not to replace medicine, but to support anxiety, stress, depression, pain and grief.

Through her journey, she recognised how often people neglect their own wellbeing, often feeling guilty for taking time for themselves. Danielle is now the creative force behind our Wellness Retreats, keeping them accessible and focused on those who need that time the most.

Joe is a Wim Hof Method Certified Instructor, breathwork teacher and assistant freediving coach. He runs community sauna sessions in a woodland setting and is passionate about sauna, ice, nature and bringing people together.

After experiencing burnout caused by work, relationships and anxiety, Joe discovered the Wim Hof Method as part of his recovery. He later trained with Wim Hof in Poland to become an instructor.

Joe’s philosophy is simple: where the breath goes, the mind and body follow.

By understanding this, people can shift how they think and feel in the moment, using breath to relax, refocus, rebalance and restore.

Nic is a lover of learning, developing people, Essex and New Zealand. For the past 14 years she has run a successful consulting and coaching practice, Head and Heart Leadership. Seven years ago she began learning and training with Atarangi Muru Maori healers in New Zealand and Europe.

Her work is shaped by a deep understanding of the body and its connection to the mind and emotions. She saw this in herself and in those she coached. Stress, fear and inner conflict often show up in the shoulders, back, stomach or through sleeplessness, all impacting resilience over time.

Nic now shares two forms of Maori bodywork designed to calm and ground both body and mind.

Our Therapies

Reflexology

Reflexology involves applying pressure to specific reflex points which correspond to different organs and systems in the body. It promotes relaxation, improves circulation, reduces stress and supports the body's natural healing processes. Danielle offers Reflexology for both feet and hands - and be prepared to be amazed at what she can pick up!

Romi Romi

Experience Traditional Maori Bodywork with Nic and Carlos. In Maori, Ro means internal, Mi is to agitate. Romi Romi is designed to release any aches or stress we hold in the body and calm the mind. We use hands, feet, knees and elbows to work pressure points in the body to wake it up, shift our energy and strengthen our presence.

Yoga / Pilates

We have a team of professional dancers/instructors on the team who lead incredibly popular yoga and pilates sessions at our retreats and in the local community. We offer a range of workshops designed to empower guests to try varying difficulty levels in a safe space.

Breathwork

Experience the power of the breath with Joe who offers speaking engagements, experiential workshops and downloadable audio sessions. Try the Wim Hof method for a more intense experience or Blissful Breathwork for a gentle way to relax, refocus, rebalance and restore.  Both offer practical tools to take away and use to instantly calm oneself and others.

Mahi Rakau

Maori self help/self healing practice with Nic and Carlos. In this workshop we use wooden dowels to work pressure points in the feet. We work the feet to clear the body of any aches, pains and stress - and to deepen our connection to what our body really needs. Rakau hand carved by Carlos available to take home.

Speaking Engagement Wellbeing sessions

"Nic, your session the key to a healthy organisation was extremely well received in terms of content and delivery. You brought a calm, thoughtful and human dimension to our event which stood out in a busy programme.

Bodywork/reflexology created space for delegates to pause, reset and look after themselves. This added to the atmosphere of care and professionalism we want our conferences to be known for.

Organising groups for our 2026 events have specifically requested your presence recognising the positive impact you have had. Thank you again for the care, professionalism and warmth you brought to our events"
